Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup of cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes and onions each


  • 1/2 cup of onion stem and carrot each


  • 2 cup of mashed potatoes


  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 spoon Salt,Red chilli powder as per taste


  • 1 amul butter


  • 1 Pav bhaji masala


  • 1/2 cup of capsicum

Directions

  • Add all vegetables and mashed potatoes in the pan and fry it in 1tsp of refined oil
  • Keep stirring the mixture all the time to avoid burning of it
  • Fry chopped onions with few green chillies in another pan and then add it to the mixture
  • Put pav bhaji masala,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder in the mixture .
  • Add small cup of water and sweet sour sauce to mixture and Continue stirring the mixture to make it almost in liquid form
  • At the end garnish the bhaji with coriander leaves and also squeeze a lemon into it to add more taste
  • Use amul butter for heating pav and serve it.
