Add all vegetables and mashed potatoes in the pan and fry it in 1tsp of refined oil
Keep stirring the mixture all the time to avoid burning of it
Fry chopped onions with few green chillies in another pan and then add it to the mixture
Put pav bhaji masala,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder in the mixture .
Add small cup of water and sweet sour sauce to mixture and Continue stirring the mixture to make it almost in liquid form
At the end garnish the bhaji with coriander leaves and also squeeze a lemon into it to add more taste
Use amul butter for heating pav and serve it.
